Get a QuoteClearer Glass. Better Views.
Professional window care designed around the homes and conditions of the 805.
We don't just clean the glass. Every standard exterior service includes the glass, the sills, and the frames, so the whole window area looks finished rather than just the pane you see through. Interior cleaning is available whenever you want the complete inside-and-out result.
Why it matters here
Glass Takes the Weather First.
Coastal air and ocean mist leave a fine salt film. Dust drifts down off the hills, pollen arrives every spring, and insects and everyday buildup do the rest. It happens slowly enough that most people stop noticing, until the light hits at the wrong angle.
Left long enough, hard-water spotting from sprinklers can etch into the surface of the glass, which no amount of cleaning fully reverses. Regular care is what keeps that from becoming permanent.
What We Clean.
Exterior glass, sills, and frames come standard. Everything below can be added to any visit, and the specialty work is quoted separately once we have seen the surface.

Questions We Get.
How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on the property and the area. Most Santa Barbara homes run $175 to $425 for exterior glass, sills and frames; Montecito $225 to $550; Ojai $175 to $425; Ventura $165 to $400. Interior, screens, skylights and hard-water removal are add-ons. Quotes are free and given in person.
Do you clean the sills and frames, or just the glass?
Sills and frames are included with every standard exterior service. It is the part most people expect to be extra, and it is the part that makes a window actually look clean once the glass is done.
How often should windows be cleaned in Santa Barbara?
It depends on how exposed the property is. Homes closer to the coast take more salt film and generally want more frequent visits than an inland Ojai property. We will give you an honest recommendation for your specific home rather than a blanket schedule.
What is deionized water, and why does it matter?
It is water with the dissolved minerals removed. Ordinary tap water leaves those minerals behind as spots when it dries. Deionized water dries clear, which is what lets us finish without squeegee marks or streaks.
Can you reach second and third-story windows?
Yes. Water-fed poles reach most multi-story residential windows from the ground, which is safer for our crew and means no ladders leaned against your siding.
Can you remove paint or adhesive from glass?
Often, yes, but it is quoted as an add-on rather than included. We assess the glass first, because aggressive scraping can damage certain coated or tempered surfaces.
Pricing
What Window Cleaning Costs.
Most companies here make you call to find out. We would rather you know roughly where you stand first. Ranges below cover exterior glass, sills and frames on a typical home, and they differ by area because home size, access and drive time genuinely differ.
Where you land in that range depends on the package you put together. Exterior glass is the baseline. Adding interior, screens, skylights, tracks or hard-water removal moves the number, and so does putting windows together with gutters, solar or a wash-down on the same visit.
Which is why we quote in person rather than over the phone. We come out, walk the property, count the glass and look at the access, then give you one number covering everything you have chosen. It is free, and there is no obligation to book.
